Over the past 3 days my charge 2 has not tracked my exercise. I have tried syncing it, resetting my phone and updating the app and still nothing has worked. It is tracking my steps and my sleep, my heart rate but not my exercise. Any solutions?

It sounds like you are counting on SmartTrack auto-recognizing your exercise. I don't know why it hasn't tracked your workouts recently, but I find that it is more reliable and accurate to use the Exercise App to track my workout, starting and stopping the time manually. This makes sure that the workout is always recognized for the full time, and you get to choose which activity it is rather than relying on Fitbit to correctly recognize it.
