All I can get as far as heart rate is - - for the last 3 weeks. I’ve tried turning hr off/on/auto and syncing after each switch, restarting, and letting the battery run completely dead and recharged. Nothing will work,it’s a little over a year old is there anything else I can try or replacement options. please help

@jdf206 Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't recording heart rate. I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.

So I tried cleaning, restarting and syncing and still nothing.

Hi, I just had the same issue and did everything as you described with no result. As a last resort before going and replacing my Charge 2, I wiped over the back with one of the wipes you clean eye glasses with, and bingo.. it worked. Hope that helps
