I've had my Fitbit Charge 2 for almost 2 years now. This past month it seems like it isn't tracking my HR accurately and I was wondering if someone could help?
According to my fitbit my HR hasn't changed for 12 days now - normally it fluctuates all during the month. It's currently at 66. Could this be an inaccuracy with my Fitbit or is it possible for it to not change like that? I haven't changed anything in my lifestyle or sleep habits. Could it be something with how I'm wearing it? I have been wearing it a little bit tighter at night because I use the alarm to wake and sometimes don't feel it if it's not tight enough.
Thanks!
(I tried inserting a picture of my hr data but for some reason it's not allowing me.)

@SheShinesLove Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry to hear that your heart rate isn't being recorded. Where are you viewing this data? Could you try using a web browser on a computer to upload the pictures? You can try these tips to improve the heart rate reading.
I look forward to your reply.
