Hey hey hey @Igobronco, welcome to the Community! I hope you are enjoying your Charge 2, besides the fact that it is not tracking your sleep in the last few days. But don't worry, I think we can fix that, just follow the instructions on this post to restart your tracker and then use it for a few nights to see how it goes!
Let me know the outcome!

Just received my Just used my Fitbit charge 2 for the first two days, everything seems to work EXCEPT the sleep tracker.... it says I went to bed at 11:00pm woke up at 12:21am and then stopped tracking until 3:59-5:34am . I got up at 6:00 am as I always do.
next night went to sleep 11:15pm tracked till 12:58 am and never tracked again.....
Have hooked up to the charger again and reset as some has said, hoping this takes care of problems, any IDEAS.... OR SUGGESTIONS??? Hate when a new product doesn't work as expected!!!!

Hey @garydailey, it is great to see new faces around! congratulations! Sounds great that you have the new Charge 2. I hope you'll enjoy all its great features. And regarding the sleep tracker, don't worry. I can give you a hand on this. Since you already tried to restart it, but it seems that it didn't work, I suggest you to try to set up your Fitbit as a new device on your iOS device. Then try it out for a few nights and let me if it works as expected.
Catch ya' later!

HELP! I have done everything that has been suggested. I have reset my tracker. I have deleted my tracker from the Fitbit app and added it back in, I have changed sleep settings from normal to sensitive. I even removed the app from my phone and added it back and redid the reset, removed and added the device back. My charge 2 still doesn't track my sleep.
Finding a manual way to track sleep defeats the purpose of having a device that comes anywhere near properly, tracking sleep.
Is there something else I should be doing to make this work? Or do I need to consider the tracker as not working properly and get it replaced! Thanks!

I have the exact same problem! Charge 2 was an Xmas gift, no sleep tracked since day one plus its tracking steps whilst I sleep, 2355 last night! I have rang customer support twice and done everything suggested, restart / remove and re add device / remove app and re add / change sleep mode to sensitive but nothing works 😒 Help!!

Same issue here. Longtime ChargeHR user. My new Charge2 tracked sleep for a few days but then stopped. Resets did not help. Please advise on a solution!

- Hi, I actually took mine back to place of purchase and exchanged for a new one, so far it's working. One thing I did notice is that when I set up the new tracker a software upgrade was available. Perhaps check you have the latest version (22.48.14) and see if that makes a difference. I'm hoping my charge 2 will now function correctly otherwise I'll have to rethink my choice of tracker. Good luck.

Hi, I'm also having the same problem regarding sleep tracking. I've restarted the device, removed and re-installed the software on the iPhone, changed sleep settings etc
I have Version 22.48.14 of the Charge 2.
I'm hoping Fitbit read these messages, and find a solution as there seems a number of people who share this problem - else this is being returned for a refund.

I did another reset (while fitbit engaged in charger and pushing reset
button thru the hole in the charger). Not sure why didn't work before . . .

I'm having the same problem - my Charge 2 is not tracking sleep and/or heart rate correctly.
I am also frustrated that a product which is considerably expensive, and claims can do all these wonderful things, does not work properly!!

It is very sporadic for me as well, only recording 1-3 hours sleep each day when I have slept for 7-8 hours. I returned my new Charge 2 after Christmas and received a new one from Amazon this week, but the problem is the same. Fitbit needs to fix the software problem!
