Charge 2 not tracking sleep

For the last two Monday nights my Fitbit has not registered any sleep information - fine on Sunday and last week, fine on Tuesday. Heart rate recorded fine throughout.

any ideas please

I was informed by our Customer Support team that they received your email regarding the inconvenience you're experiencing with your Charge 2 and the sleep records, soon they'll provide an answer to resolve the issue as soon as possible. That said, I recommend you to keep an eye on your email inbox because they'll contact you in a timely manner.
