Charge 2 not vibrating

I have a replacement Charge2 (3rd one due faulty strap) and since syncing with my iPhone , I have no vibrate for messages from

iphon or Fitbit notifications, eg 10k steps etc, although notifications are on. Can you help? Thank you

Hold in left button for a few seconds.  It toggles in and out of "do not disturb" mode.  It's easy to do that by accident, getting into 'do not disturb' without realizing it.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
