I’m a very dissatisfied customer who’s old school, takes care of my things and buys things to last.... sadly the charge 2 was not designed to last, I have only just realised my bad decision to purchase having read numerous articles of similar issues of Fitbit’s dying little after 2 years due to what has been described as a design fault...I would like mine repaired an offer if a discount off my next purchase is clever marketing but seriously not good enough !!! No I’m not going to be fobbed offf!!

I am sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't working. What type of issue is your Charge 2 showing? What did Support tell you to do? Please let me know the details so I can better assist you.
