My charge 2 started to repeatedly turn notifications on and off, meaning I’m not able to do anything on it. I’ve tried restarting and I get the code 22.55.02. I’ve tried reconnecting the device multiple times, and been through the troubleshooting instructions I was sent after being on the phone to customer care for nearly an hour. Nothing helped and the charge 2 is still doing the same thing.
They then said because the warranty expired less than 3 months ago, the only way they can fix my problem is to buy a brand new Fitbit and the best they can offer is 25% off a new one. Great way to treat a customer of more than 2 years.
Anyone else had a similar experience?
