My charge 2 is not working and not charging either

Hi @Raina1980  have you tried cleaning the contacts on the device and the charging unit? That would be the first step. Let us know if that helps. Be sure to restart the device several times, too.

Hi. Check out the number of similar comments on these forums about the Charge 2 battery dying and the lack of response from Fitbit beyond ‘clean charge points’ and let us know how you got on. There is clearly a problem but Fitbit won’t acknowledge this.

Mine stopped working tonight. Only just over a year old. Picked it up to go out to work out screen was blank. Said well it must have lost charge. Its been on the charger for the past hour and nothing.
