My charge 2 has stopped notifying me of calls and texts. I have checked the app and my charge itself and both are showing notifications are on. (My phone also has Bluetooth turned on ). Any ideas why this would suddenly stop and how to fix ?

I will gladly assist you with your Charge 2 not getting notifications. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? You can try going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try syncing them. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. You can find additional suggestions here.
