Hi, I need a unique Identifier for my insurance. Where do I find this?

Hello @SunsetRunner and welcome to the Help forums.  Can you please be more specific about what your insurance company needs?  A serial number? Something else?  The reason your insurance company needs this information?

Just as a unique identifier in the unfortunate event the Fitbit is stolen and the police needs to look for it.
Like a computer has an IP address

@SunsetRunner   Sorry, was looking at the wrong box.  I thought I was reading the Charge 3 forum.  There is a serial number on the bottom of the box.

Hi. I received a replacement and not a box.

And it’s a Fitbit Charge 2

My hear rate monitor is also not working. I’ve tried all the things suggested on the internet. It’s brand new and was delivered to me as a replacement device bun fitbit on Wednesday
