My Charge 2 has also worked and notified me of whats app messages and calls but in the last few weeks it will not show any notifications and the test call on the app is also not working, I have all permission turned on and the phone is synced but still nothing, anyone else have this problem?

@SteveH thank you so much that worked! I must have knocked it off when using the stopwatch! I can't believe it was something so simple I deleted my device and uninstalled and reinstalled the app and tried everything else I could think of and was at my wits end!

A common cause of this is where the Charge 2 is accidentally put into "do not disturb" mode. This is turned on / off by pressing and holding the button on the Charge 2. Could this be the problem here?
