I have been using Fitbit charge 2 for two years suddenly last month my charge 2 stopped working. I put it on charging but it is only showing initial setup msg.
My mobile is not able to sync and even after charging it just keeps showing setup msg till the time battery dies.
Also Fitbit's customer support no is not valid. Request if needful can be done
