Charge 2 only showing setup message

I have been using Fitbit charge 2 for two years suddenly last month my charge 2 stopped working.  I put it on charging but it is only showing initial setup msg.

My mobile is not able to sync and even after charging it just keeps showing setup msg till the time battery dies. 

 

Also Fitbit's customer support no is not valid.  Request if needful can be done

Let me help you with your Charge 2. Please try setting your device again by following these instructions. If the issue persist then refresh the connection between your phone and your Charge 2 by doing the following:

 

 

  • Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there.
  • Restart your phone and restart your device.
  • Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on.
  • You can find additional suggestions here.
