Lost all previous data

When I went to sync my fitbit last night, I had been logged out of the app. When logging back in, it had the wrong device attached to my account info (I have a Charge 2 but the app said I had a Flex). With that, all my previous data and settings have been lost other than from this past weekend. It even had me go through the set-up process again. How can I get all my old settings and data back?

Let me help you with your missing information. Check if the email address you used to log in is the one you used with your Charge 2. It sounds as if you used the email address from an older account. This would explain why your information and the Charge 2 weren't showing at the time you logged in.
