Hi 😁 my charge 2 has frozen . the app is working but not the actual watch .I have followed the troubleshooting and tried to connect it to the charger to reboot but it won't connect to the charger. I can feel it vibrating but it's just the frozen face keeps showing up . In hindsight I've been having to 'wiggle it' the last 2 times I've charged so not sure if this is two separate issues or connected advice would be gratefully received thank you.
