Charge 2 refuses to Sync

Charge 2 and iphone 6s

 

Yes I have read all the threads on fitbit charge 2 and syncing. I have tried them all and it still will not Sync, talk about over engineered complexity, not sure I will ever use this brand again.

 

1Fitbit plugged into charging cable

Deleting reinstalling app on iphone > FAIL

Turning on / off bluetooth > FAIL

Restarting fitbit to get logo >FAIL

Restarting iphone >FAIL

Deleting fitbit bluetooth connection cache in iphone , restarting < Now iphone cannot see charge 2 in the Bluetooth menu as a possible connection >FAIL

Restarting phone to find charge 2 bluetooth > FAIL

Basically nothing works ............

@reasty Welcome to the Fitbit Community! I hope you're doing well! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 isn't syncing and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. It seems that you have tried most of the suggested tips. Still you can check the help site but I also let our Support team know about this so they can further assist.
