My band broke. Fitbit is out of stock in size small to replace it and told me to try and find it from another vendor which makes zero sense. I tried two times on Amazon and neither band fits so I've returned them. Does anyone have another solution? For a company that says their products are meant to last...after 1.5 years they expect you to buy a brand new watch rather than sell you the $5 band replacement.
Customer service has been completely unhelpful the 2 times I've called them.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 band. Support needs to check if the replacement item is in stock as the Charge 2 is no longer being sold at the Fitbit.com store. Still see if they have any colors available in small as this should help you get back on track. Besides Amazon other users have tried using eBay but it is up to you if you wish to look there for replacements. Our official retailers could have spare bands for your device.
