Screen scratches very easily and also has a tendency to crack.  Mine barely lasted a year.

@MissSharon Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here!

Let me help you with your damaged Charge 2 screen. For physical damage it is better if you let our Support team know so they can further assist you. I noticed that you already have a ticket with them so please keep working with the team to find a solution.

Let me know how it goes.

I have to tell you I am beginning to wonder if all of this is worth it. I have had emails for FOUR days requesting information…I have done pictures, date purchased, when purchased, where purchased, what country the purchase was made in, my name, address, phone # ………

I have to say Fitbit stepped up to the plate and they are sending a replacement Charge 2. I was offered either a replacement or 50% off any other tracker.  Have to say I was impressed!!! I like the Charge 2 so wanted to stick with that. I am definitely putting a shield on it to protect the screen.  Lesson learned.  Thank you Fitbit for the excellent customer service!
