Charge 2 screen black

My screen is black I cannot track my exercises or anything

I have a similar problem. My charge 2 screen froze at 8:31 yesterday and now shows a straight line when I press button. Not able to restart according to instructions.

My Charge 2 screen was black this morning, I restarted it and it was working.  I just checked it again and it’s black again and doesn’t respond when I press the button on the side.  Help!

@Medinamom @goodweathr have you guys updated your trackers to the latest firmware?  It's been killing trackers right and left. It sounds like that might have happened to yours

My tracker had frozen before the update. It is still syncing to the app but
screen shows a line. I chatted with support and they suggested changing the
clock face but that didn’t help. Offered a 25% discount on a new Fitbit.
