Best AnswerI have a similar problem. My charge 2 screen froze at 8:31 yesterday and now shows a straight line when I press button. Not able to restart according to instructions.
Best AnswerMy Charge 2 screen was black this morning, I restarted it and it was working. I just checked it again and it’s black again and doesn’t respond when I press the button on the side. Help!
Best Answer@Medinamom @goodweathr have you guys updated your trackers to the latest firmware? It's been killing trackers right and left. It sounds like that might have happened to yours
