After this last update I could no longer start challenges. I could only accept challenges from other people or restart my old ones. I called customer service and they said I was the only one with this problem and said that somebody would call me back in a day or two. Nobody ever called me back and in the meantime I found out several other people were also having the same problem. I called them back again today and they asked how many challenges I was currently in. I said four. Then they said I've already reached my limit. They said with the newest update a person can only be in for challenges. I'm going to let these for finish off and then see if I can start my own challenges again. This is quite frustrating because there was no warning that we would have to drop from 10 challenges a day down to four and they didn't get back to me when they said they would. And they tried to tell me I was the only one with this problem which was a lie. Quite honestly, I feel like I'm being jerked around.

Thank you for reporting this issue with your challenges. This issue was recently discovered by the team and it is being investigated. Hopefully they will find a solution soon so I appreciate your patience in this matter.

Since the latest update, I am now unable to start a workweek challenge. I have only accepted 2 challenges for the coming week and 1 is still syncing from the weekend. It is telling me that I am at my limit. How is 3 the new limit? Help!!!
