How can I get the screen replaced on the Charge 2? I have only had this a month and the crack is down the whole face. I can still read it but I am worried about it getting wet. Any suggestions? Thanks Kim13614

I am sad, because I like to use my Fitbit every day.

My Fitbit was actually a replacement for someone who cracked their own, so what you need to do to get the replacement is you have to call the Fitbit people and they’ll tell you to return it to them. You do this by mail. THIS ONLY WORKS IF YOU HAVE A PROTECTION PLAN RIGHT NOW. Remember that.

Do an online chat. If your Fitbit is under one year it is under warranty and they will replace it.
Good luck!
