Charge 2 screen cracked

The screen is cracked on my charge 2, is this a common occurance and what are my options for a replacement screen?

My Charge 2 has also acquired a cracked screen. All else is functional, would rather repair it than retire it if possible. Been a fitbit user for years, never had damage like this to any of the prior models. Is this a lower quality material than prior screens?

I wonder if there are any options--Fitbit would probably prefer that you scrap it and upgrade to a new one!  (I too have had a cracked screen for awhile, but as long as the device is still working, I will use it--However, I have assumed that jumping into water with it is no longer possible/good idea!)

My Fitbit charge 2 screen has also cracked unexpectedly.. this has happened to me before and I was sent a replacement... would I still be able to claim for a new replacement? Clearly this is a common fault with the Fitbit charge 2 😞

My Charge 2 screen is also cracked - as is my daughter's - in exactly the same way - a vertical line from top of watch to bottom.

My screen cracked again.  This was my replacement for a previous cracked screen.  I have reached out twice to request chat support but haven't heard back from anyone.  Can you please open a ticket for me as well?

My screen also cracked due true heat they only give a discount but that's so low it's cheaper te buy a new one  somewhere else. But I think its bad and I am doubting if I should buy a new one! Is this only a charde 2 problem?

Interesting that you mentioned heat.  I am on my second one and both have cracked in the summer - 2 summers in a row!.  I don't know how much the discount is, but I would not opt to buy another Charge 2 myself.

My screen is also cracked. I had a similar issue earlier this year and was able to report it via the website and was given a replacement Charge 2. However just 3 months later the replacement has also developed a crack on the screen. It's not affecting the functioning of the Fitbit but I feel that the quality of the items isn't very good and I can no longer see an obvious way of contacting Fitbit support to report it.
