Charge 2 screen cracked

Hi,

I have a charge 2 and the screen has cracked. 
I can’t find my receipt, does anyone know if there is anything Fitbit can do without a receipt? I can’t even remember the date I purchased!

Hi @Christie_L_Kent  is the Charge 2 your first Fitbit? Your profile said you joined December 2017 if that's when you got the Charge 2. Depending on where you live, the warranty is 1 year (USA) or 2 years (some European countries)

Hi,

No this is not my first Fitbit.

I’ve had 2 or 3 before this one (can’t remember the names of them I’m so bad with that!)

I haven’t had this one for that long. Not sure if it’s just over or just under a year!
