I recommend performing a restart to your Charge 3. For this, please follow the instructions here: How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work, please try a long restart.
A long restart is different than the basic restart and you can complete the process by following the instructions below:
If the inconvenience still persists, please try these troubleshooting steps for battery not charging: Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging?
