Charge 2 screen cracks from charging

Smart screens expected crack if they suffer a trauma. Why do charge2 screens crack just buy charging or taking a flight. Mines now has two full length of screen cracks. I do average 2 flights per week. 

 

Can you confirm which models on sale now no longer have this manufacturing defect. Need to know before buying my next activity tracker.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 screen. This isn't expected to happen. I suggest you let our Support team know about this issue so they can assist you. I have created a ticket for you and you will get an email response from them.
