My Charge2 has gone a bit wobbly!
The screen just cycles from one screen to another. Sometimes it rests at the BPM screen for a while, then it starts to say Notifications ON before showing Notifications OFF and then it goes to something new. The screen stays active like this until the battery is depleted. I recharge it and the same thing happens.
The button on the side seems to function normally and I have reset the watch with no improvement.
HELP!

For my bad, i living in Brazil, all this stuff is very expensive... i just let fitbit team, i really very disapointed with, too many expensive for next day without expecific reason my Chage 2 going MAD. Just for you know, i done the hard reset procedure, and the issue stay in!

I also have the same issue. Unfortunately no replacement for me out off warranty. Looking at some of the threads and forums this looks like a general problem. Difficult to accept that a general problem like this is left just like this. Now the customers must fork out the money to buy another one.

My FitBit Charge 2 just started doing the same thing 2 days ago. I tried the reset process & now it seems worse. What can you advise me to do next.

My charge 2 is doing the exact thing. I have reset it numerous times but when not scrolling through settings, it seems to want to stay on the workout page.

Fitbit replaced mine even though it was out of warranty so worth giving it a go. I think it was something to do with the update.

Great news for you. You were lucky. Mine was out of warranty and not replaced.

Wow, it is so disappointing that the only response for this issue is to buy another one (if it is after the company warranty). I'm having this issue and also tried almost everything to have it fixed. I know I bought a warranty with it (paid an additional $15) for it, but I cannot find it. Products that are this expensive should last longer. It's a shame that companies today make cheaper products that are meant to only last a short period of time so that the buyer has to buy more. I really enjoyed my charge 2 while it lasted so it is a shame that it no longer works.

I got the same problem and also out of Warranty. I'm on my third dead Fitbit now. I think I'm going with Garmin this time.

In one week my Charge 2 will turn 2 years old.
It is a replacement of one I bought back in 2017.
I am angry reading that I am not the only one with a crazy fitbit button... this happened after charging it.
Can I trust in new fitbit products? I mean, they replaced the last one, but, is this a normal situation for fitbit? :S

My fitbit Charge 2 has started madly scrolling, I have tried performing a reset, which it does. Then seconds later it starts scrolling again. I tried uninstalling the software no change, I have looked for a firmware update, nothing. What can I try next please?
