Still tracks steps and sync with app but has blank screen and will not hold the charge long.
Worked fine for 2 years and then just quit.
Tried resetting but no change.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 screen not working nor holding a charge and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. For the battery please check these suggestions. I also noticed that you already have a ticket with our Support team so work with them to find a solution.
