Charge 2 screen issues

I charged my Charge 2 today and when I took it off the cradle, the full charge screen won’t go away. The green lights aren’t flashing, holding the side button down does nothing, I have disconnected and reconnected to my phone…nothing. Help!

@cwad27 Welcome to our Fitbit Community, I totally understand how you feel about the screen issue that your Charge 2 has experienced. By the way, thank you for trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

 

Please restart your Charge 2 as described in this help article. After this, monitor your tracker and see if the issue gets fixed.
