I am enjoying Fitbit Charge 2 for past 2 years, lately I’m loosing pixel display starting from top and and now going below time displays....Have tried to restart as Recommended  On other forum, but it’s not helping.

I will appreciate any help to resolve this issue so I don’t have to buy new product.

Thanks

Hi @Chetaan, welcome to the Commmunity Forums!

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before to posting over here. Before we can move forward, I'd like to make sure that you tried the correct restart process, therefore, please check the following steps and contact me back if further assistance is needed:

  1. Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or any UL-certified USB wall charger.
  2. Clip the other end of the charging cable to the port on the back of the tracker. The pins on the charging cable must lock securely with the port.
  3. Make sure the button on your tracker is aligned with the button opening on the charging cable. You’ll know the connection is secure when the tracker vibrates and you see a battery icon on your tracker’s display.
  4. Press and hold the button to restart your tracker:
    • Charge 2—press and hold the button on your tracker for 4 seconds. When you see the Fitbit logo and the tracker vibrates, the tracker restarted.
  5. Disconnect your tracker from the charging cable.

I'll be here.
