Hi All,
Having the same problem described by many users on this forum. My Charge HR 2 is no longer displaying any information on screen.
I can sync to my app and see the green lights on the rear to establish it is in fact charged.
I've followed the reset instructions by plugging it in holding the side button to hard reset but nothing has corrected the screen.
Could someone advise what action to take next?

I am having the same problem described by many. My Charge HR 2 is no longer displaying any information on screen. It first started with lines showing up but those have gone away and just a blank screen. It still charges and records steps as I can view from my mobile device.
I've followed the reset instructions by plugging it in holding the side button to hard reset but nothing has worked (and I don't get the version to display).
Can you open a ticket with support and have them contact me with what is available (replacement or ?)
Could someone advise what action to take next?
