My Charge 2's screen has suddenly gone funny. I can no longer see any of the info on the screen, instead all I can see is a series moving pixilated dashes. Strangely it still seems be tracking my steps, heartbeat etc., as it is still able to synch to my laptop and upload all the data.

@Paulw82 Welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the screen issue that your Charge 2 has experienced, I'd like you to restart it as described in this help article. After this, monitor your tracker and see if the issue gets fixed.

Hello, thanks for responding to my query. I've tried restarting it with guidance on the help page you suggested, by holding the button down for 4 seconds. Sadly, it doesn't do anything, as the Fitbit logo doesn't come up, it does vibrate slightly but just comes up with the same pixilated dashes. Don't know if you or anyone else can suggest anything different to try.
