My screen has been stuck on a text message for 5 days. I have resettled the charge, allowed the battery to run down and everything else suggested.
But it still shows the sender of the text message.
It continues to track activity but will not change the display

Hello @Lpr1213, welcome aboard! I appreciate you have tried some tips to fix this issue with your Charge 2. Could you please tell me, have you tried to set it up as a new device? If you haven't please give it a try. Just follow the instructions in this post.
