I've been following some of the tips on here to try a resolve the issue but my screen is lighting up just unresponsive to the touch help! Restarting does nothing

Same problem here.

Screen blocked on 23.07 16:33 for days. No button, no touch screen.

Reset procedure not working.

After few days, battery down, recharged.

Now white/grey rectangle on display.
