Unresponsive device

The app shows that my FitBit charge 2 is at 100% charge, however, there is no display on the device itself. No green light; completely unresponsive. I've tried reseting it.

Seems odd that your Charge 2 device is not responding at all, thanks for troubleshooting this situation prior to posting.
