Charge 2 screen went black

Last night it appeared as it was stuck on the “relaxation” function, which I’ve never used. It wouldn’t toggle through to any other functions. I tried to synchronize with my phone, which didn’t work. Screen went black and no green lights. Put it on the charger when I had just charged it the night before. It’s been on the charger all night. Still nothing. I’ve tried holding the button down and still nothing. Please help.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 screen and thank you for restarting your device. Lets see if we can make it charge again by following these instructions. If it does charge then retry the restart.

It wasn’t dead when the screen went black. It was stuck on the “relaxation” screen and wouldn’t change to a different option. Now it won’t turn on at all.
