Charge 2 setup difficulties

Hi, i need help. I changed my Phone and reinstalled the app. When i connect to charge 2 i get the code but then it does not connect. What to do?? Thanks.

If you can't get started with your Fitbit device, usually a missing requirement is the cause. Carefully review the requirements from our help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and move on to the troubleshooting steps if needed.
