Charge 2 won't Sync. it has not Synced in over a week.
- I reset the Fitbit by attaching it to my computer and got the firmware up.
I get a message after entering the code, Pair you Tracker code:
Sorry, the set-up is taking longer than usual. Please be patient. We're on it! I have let it sit for over an hour but nothing.
I tried resetting my phone to factory and still the same thing. Any suggestions?

I will gladly assist you with setting up and syncing your Charge 2 and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. Which phone are you using? Is it compatible? Start by clearing the connection between your phone and your Charge 2 by going to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device. After this try setting them up. Also, if you are using an Android device, check that your app has the necessary permissions (settings > apps > Fitbit > permissions) and make sure bluetooth and location services (GPS) are on. You can find additional suggestions here.

I have also had the issue since Sunday, a lot of people have.
However, I chatted with fitbit today and tech support is convinced everything is fine and it is my tracker.
Odd that I'm having the same problem as everyone else (since Sunday in my situation) but they said my tracker is defective.
