Hello. Charge 2 suddenly stopped working, my charge 2 display is completely black and the device will no longer sync, but the green lights are still flashing.
It was about 80% charged when it stopped this morning. I did attempt to perform a hard reset but it won't respond when connected to a charger and nothing even registers when connecting via USB to my computer. I have also tried both my charger as well as my wife's charger.
I have only had this device since Christmas of 2017 so it is not that old.
Is there another way to reboot the device?

Let me assist you with your non working Charge 2 display and thank you for restarting it. Since the issue persist please let our Support team know about it. I have created a ticket so they can further assist you.
