My Charge2 first synched to the wrong time, 6 hrs in advance. Fixed this by force-closing the app multiple times.
Now the Charge2 has the correct date/time, but shows the hourly steps completed from yesterday. I.E., it’s only 11:30 & my Charge2 says I’ve completed 10 hours of 250 steps????
The good news is during the hour, the actual steps for that hour are being counted. The app itself shows the correct # of steps, etc.
I get notifications that I’ve made my goal for the day, but that is incorrect.
The Notification area does not have the notice just received, since it only has notices from June & does not update.
Side note - why can’t old notices be deleted?

@SunsetRunner Welcome! It's good that the community is growing! Sorry to hear that your Charge 2 is showing the hourly activity data from yesterday. Try restarting your device by following these instructions. When this happen (usually related to a change in timezones) the day affected can't be corrected but the following the should show as normal.
Which notices are you talking about? Could you share a screenshot or picture of them?
I look forward to your reply!

Hi! Thanks for your reply 🙂
I restarted my Charge2 yesterday, and this morning it is finally displaying the steps properly. It was confusing since I have been in this time zone since Christmas, and my device was synched to change the time zone without a problem. Was it a possible effect from the year change on Jan 1?
The notices are from the Fitbit app on my phone (IOS). Any new ones are not in the Notification list of the app. This list has not updated since June. I turned notifications off for fitbit in the app & in my phone settings, waited a bit & turned them back on - no change.

I have the same problem, it only happened today for the first time, but last night about 12.03 I got a vibration form my charge 2 and lots of stars! But on Jan. 2nd?
This morning my fitbit registered 20,000 steps when I got up.

I reset my Fitbit yesterday as per instructions and it seems to be back to normal.
