Went out of state and tracker won't change back to correct time zone after 4 days home and recharged.

Let me help you with your Charge 2 time. Please change the timezone on your Fitbit app to a different one. Save and sync then change it back to the correct one.

it finally reset on its own! thanks for the response and I will try your fix next time I travel so I don't have to wait 4 days for it to figure it out on its own!
