Have you abandoned the charge 2? I and countless other are experiencing sleep tracking problems. Our problems started about 1-2 weeks ago, we get basic sleep only, NO STAGES. We have done everything that you have suggested and we're still having troubles. Is anyone doing anything about this? . Does anybody from your team even read this forum? We need help, please fix this!

Let me help you with your sleep stages and thank you for troubleshooting this issue. You don't mention which troubleshoots your tried but note that you might not get sleep stages for the following reasons:
I suggest you clean the back of your device with cotton and rubbing alcohol and restart it. Turn the heart rate off, save and sync then turn it on save and sync again. Also check these tips to improve the heart rate reading on your device.
