My Fitbit screen continuously displays the website for FitBit setup. When I go there, there is not anything for me to do, whether it is on my phone or PC. It seems that other models have had this and the solution was to "check for updates" rather than "syncing" the Fitbit, but I can't find that option to check for updates. How can I make my device useable again?!

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not working as it should. You will need to set it up on your account by following these instructions. Once it is setup it should display your data again.
