Charge 2 shows solid green light

Recently my charge 2 started blinking in the middle of the night (sitting on the counter) and know it is on a constant solid green.  It is like this if I'm wearing or it is sitting on my desk.  So the charge lasts about 15 minutes and then dies.  I've tried all of the resets, heart monitor shut off etc......

Is it just junk now?
