I have a Charge 2/android app.
It's frozen on www.fitbit.com/setup and won't reset/restart or do anything!
Please help!

Hello @YasminTyson it is not frozen on this screen. Your Charge 2 is waiting to be setup to your account.
First step is, while using the device to set it to up, goto the address listed which will direct you to the proper app.
Then we need to perform an add device.

@YasminTyson I'd like to share with you that the screen you're currently seeing on your device, same as @Rich_Laue said, is because your Charge 2 is not currently setup to your Fitbit account. Since you have had your Fitbit for about 2 years, I recommend you to check our help article: Why can't I set up my Fitbit device? and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified there.
