Charge 2 steps disappearing from challenges

hi there...my charge 2 has been losing my steps. It records them normally on the app but then when I go back to see how I am doing against friends etc they have disappeared. 15000 last night ...i was almost at 90000 and now it says 75000. Very disappointing..help please!!

@MsFitz123 Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry to hear that your steps are disappearing. Start by logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Also check if you haven't logged any activities manually as these may affect your steps on your Dashboard but won't be counted towards challenges. You can find additional instructions here.
