Can anyone help me? For over 2 weeks my steps on the app won’t update. I have tried everything I’ve been told. I have no idea what to do it’s frustrating me

Let me help you with your Charge 2 not updating its data on your app. This sounds as if your tracker isn't syncing. Make sure you follow these steps to properly sync your device. Additionally try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in. Finally make sure that the app is up to date.
