Fitbit, what's going on with your app and syncing? I have a huawei mate 20 lite and everything worked just fine. Now I updated my phone and nothing is working anymore. My BT version is 10.0. My phone can't even find charge 2. I have read all the syncing, BT and reinstalling issues in this forum and tried everything and still my phone and charge 2 won't sync. I'm really disappointed right now and I feel like buying a fitbit product was a waste of money. Maybe there is still something that you can recommend me to try to make it work?

No, I haven't found a solution. My fitbit is just sitting in the drawer. What's the point in using it, if I can't sync and see my data
