Charge 2 screen losing brightness

Over last week the right hand side of screen is not visible, in normal lighted room, in dark can just read it, seems to be getting worse day by day, does this mean it’s broken?

Hi I sent this to fitbit support several days ago, no response yet?

Hi Fitbit support, have tried to reset fitbit several times, charged in
wall adaptor and also connected to laptop. I know connected properly as
charged up to 85%, but wont charge further, however, screen now does not
display anything, also fitbit does not vibrate when trying to reset. it
did record data from yesterday and the green lights on the back are
flashing.

Help?
