Charge 2 randomly stopped syncing to my iPhone X.... it was working with Bluetooth all evening and notifying me of texts and calls and then when I went to sync my steps, the Bluetooth wouldn’t sync.
I have tried the following with no luck...
-Reset iPhone X
-Deleted and reinstalled Fitbit app
-Removed Charge and all previous Fitbits from app
-iPhone X has never synced with another Fitbit, so I can’t remove it from another phone’s Bluetooth
-Turned Bluetooth off and then on
-iPhone X Bluetooth is working with other devices (car stereo, speaker, etc)
Here’s the kicker. Fitbit sent me a replacement. It’s doing the same thing. It won’t find it on Bluetooth to set it up. So, I thought it was maybe an issue with my iPhone X so I brought out an old Fitbit Alta and it found it right away.
Suggestions?

@TownsAJ Welcome to the Fitbit Community! It's great to have you here! Sorry to hear that your tracker isn't syncing with your phone. Go to your phone's bluetooth settings and remove all devices listed there. Restart your phone and restart your device.
Let me know how it goes!

My Charge 2 stopped working as well on January 4. I didn’t realize it stopped syncing steps because I was also getting text notifications after its last sync (4:33PM). I followed all the same steps as you have (multiple times) and restarted my phone (multiple times). I pulled out my old Flex and it synced without issue.
I am currently trying to get the Charge 2 battery to die completely before recharging it fully, but it has been on the battery/exclamation point for over 24 hours.

I should mention that I have an iPhone XS Max with the latest iOS update.
