Yesterday I noticed a prompt on Fitbit app to update my device and I did so. After the update my charge 2 started acting weird.
Vibrating like crazy and switching between screen over and over quickly. Also acting like I was pressing the button (starting workouts meditation etc.)
Then it just shut off.
I brought it home and plugged it in and it did nothing.
Eventually it turned on but prompted me to set up the device again. I set it up and it synched then immediately started doing the same thing it was doing before then shut off. Now I have had it plugged in all night and won't turn back on.
Any help? It was working perfectly fine before the update. Thanks.
